4 days of push track training and the evaluations and my legs are shot , i am so sore.
The one handed push is very hard to master but atleast i have beat my best push time from last year.

Well done. You really "pushed" yourself by taking so many practice runs and doing the physical evaluation. So your times would've been better with fresh legs, on the other hand you needed to make the most of your limited time in Park City.
