Sled for sale

07/08 Parker World Cup sled. Has had numerous modifications and is a fast sled - slid 50.80 in Park City in first season of sliding. Just switched over to the "dark side" (bobsled) and don't need it any more. The sled is really responsive so may not be appropriate for a brand new (as in never been down the track) slider, but would be a good sled for someone moving up from a park/beginner sled.

Also includes a matching set of Parker super swiss practice and FIBT runners.

$3500 - less than new and a proven fast sled.

Chase,

I recently read about your switch from skeleton to bobsled in your blog. Best of luck to you. I knew a few people who made the switch, and all of them ended up packing on a ton of new muscle, so I hope you enjoy lifting weights and eating. :)

Even though you slid only around 1 or 2 full seasons, you were already posting extremely competitive times and came a long way ever since I assisted the coach with your first slides at skeleton school.

Given the small universe of sliders, it typically takes some time to sell a high-quality sled, but I expect you'll find a buyer either online or locally by the time the next racing season is well underway.

Season is underway and I still have the sled. In great shape; I also have a travel bag and tools to throw in with it.

If you are in the Park City area I can bring it up to be tested if you want to test it.
