Combined Test

The outline for the combined test is listed below. What are good times/distances/weights for these. I'm just looking for something to aim at.

15m sprint
* 30m sprint
* 45m sprint
* 60m sprint
* 30-fly (between 15 & 45 eye)
* 35m 15k (33 lbs.) sled tow (flying time from 15m to 35m)
* Vertical jump (with a switchmat)
* Shot toss (16lb men bob,12lb women bob & men skel, 8 lb women skel)

Strength Testing:
* Power-clean(from the ground)
* Back-squat (3 rep max top of the thigh parallel to the ground) or front squat (if there is concern of a back injury)

The weight lifts do not count for points and they had problems with consistency for the sled pull so was thrown out. You can slide with minimal results, but to be really looked at you need to score in the emerging elite category. Hope this helps, but don't be discouraged if you don't fall in that category, still make the attempt and work harder.
